Facility 30 miles south of Chicago is seeking a permanent PT to start ASAP. Setting is sub-acute. The facility is beautiful spread out over 5 acres. Close to major expressways, and downtown Chicago, this is a great community to live and work.
Job Summary:
Implements high quality physical therapy services for patients in accordance with state regulations, principles and practices of physical therapy and AT&R policies and procedures. Perform patient screening, evaluation and treatment while documenting progress in a timely manner. Maintains positive level of interaction with patient, families, rehab team and the facility staff.
Qualifications:
Current and valid state license to practice in Illinois
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
